 Delivery
We will deliver your order worldwide to commercial and private
costumers. There is no minimum order. Under normal circumstances
the delivery will take place within 10 working days by postal mail,
UPS or DHL. Dealers please refer to the Dealers page. top Prices All prices are in EURO (€) incl. the valid German
VAT (currently 19 %). No VAT will be added for customers of other countries within
the EU who can provide us with their EU VAT Identification No.
Additional costs for shipping and handling
will be added: Within Germany for orders up to 50.– € shipping & handling is 3.90 €, for orders above 50.– € shipping & handling within Germany is free. In the rest of Europe shipping & handling is 5.90 €, outside Europe 9,90 € for standard mail. For air mail, rush
delivery, FedEx or DHL we will charge you the actual costs.
top Payment
  Within Germany and some EU countries we offer you either payment
by invoice or Credit Card payment (VISA, Euro / MasterCard).
For all other countries Credit Card payment or bank transfer to
our bank account upon our Proforma Invoice is necessary!
top Return policyYou have the right to return all unused
goods within 14 days, no questions asked. You find all the details

description, price and picture. For a detailed description click
on the product.
For your comfort we have installed a JavaScript
shopping basket system that uses no Cookies. If your system has
no JavaScript or if it is deactivated, you can order by normal E-Mail or by fax. See details under Contact.
  If you use our shopping system, you see the shopping cart to order next to the product price and a second shopping cart to view your
order. Simply click on the symbol to order 1 unit or change the
quantity and click to order more than one unit. Proceed as above
for other items.
To change or finish your order or view your shopping basket, click
on the symbol with
the eye. To finish your order, fill in all the blank fields, your shipping
address and your E-Mail address and click on the SEND button.
For special instructions use the Extra field. At this time there's no SSL security, so
you might not want to send your Credit Card information via the Internet.
If so, put 'CC by fax' in the Extra field and fax us this information.
