Validity

This terms and rules are valid for all contracts for private and commercial customers ordering through this on-line shop, or by fax, by phone, by E-Mail, or by letter.

For all orders and deliveries the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
Any changes of these terms and conditions must be in a written manner.

International Use

All our products are safe to use if the using instructions are followed and they are approved by the European safety board. However we can not take any responsibility if there is no compliance with local laws in other Countries.

Contract

A contract is valid, if we confirm your order, or if we accept your order by sending you the merchandise.

Prices

All prices are in EURO (€) including all price components and including the German VAT. Commercial customers in other EU - Nations can provide us with there EU VAT-ID-Number. In these cases the delivery will be made net, without adding the German VAT.

All prices are ex works. Delivery costs will be charged separately.

Sales prices and all discounts

All Sales prices as well as all discounts are valid only if you pay according to the terms of payment otherwise the regular price has to be paid without any discount.

Delivery and payment

The delivery is always ex works.

Within Germany and some european Nations we deliver by invoice. We reserve the right to change this rule in special cases. The full invoice amount is due within 14 days after the merchandise is delivered to the costumer. Payments must be made by bank transfer to our bank account mentioned in the invoice and has to be paid without any deductions or bank charges.

For late payments we retain the right to charge you the legal interest on arrears which is five interest points above the interest rate of the European Central Bank in Frankfurt.

For all other deliveries, Credit Card payment is necessary. We will take no responsibility for lost or theft of money or check payments by mail. You can also transfer the full amount of our Proforma Invoice to our bank account, prior to our delivery.

All merchandise belongs our property until paid in full.

Return of merchandise

All unused merchandise can be returned within 14 days after receiving the merchandise. No questions asked. The return must be made free of charge, all postage and other fees must be paid by the customer. The costumer bares the delivery risks. The return address is:

We will send you a credit note and return the full item price, if already paid. Used items can not be refunded.

Warranty Restrictions

All products are manufactured with the greatest care. However there is always the chance of human failure. Therefore all our products bare a full 24-month  (two year) warranty.

This warranty covers all manufacture failures if used properly according to the using instructions of the product. Mishandling or normal ware and tear is not included.

Limitations of Liability

Our Liability is strictly limited to these terms and conditions. The deliverer takes the responsibility for all case, where he is responsible for carelessness or negligence. All other compensations which are not agreed herein are not excepted, no matter of the legal cause.

Privacy Policy

We will use your private data only to fulfill our responsibilities out of the contract, for your payment and to deliver the merchandise to you . Your data will not be given to any away and will be kept secrete.

Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union hereto, shall govern this agreement, and the respective rights and obligations of the parties. The court of law is Bad Sobernheim. If any part of these terms and rules are ineffective, the rest of the terms and rules will apply.
